my recent stay in popoyo at this surf-house villa was absolutely fantastic. the peaceful location, friendly owner, and spotlessly clean kitchen exceeded my expectations. i loved the free coffee, beautiful garden, and proximity to the beach. it was the best value for my money and perfect for solo travelers. highly recommend!
Clearer instructions needed for purchasing filtered water.

Peaceful, quiet location with nearby places to grab a drink. Kind owner and helpful staff. Spotlessly clean kitchen with everything needed for cooking. Fruit/veg truck passing every other day. Free morning coffee and great atmosphere for solo travelers. Beautiful garden with hammocks and beachfront location. Best value for money compared to other accommodations in the area. Highly recommend.

I had a wonderful stay at a charming surf house in a developing area. The owner, Giancarlo, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the local surf spots. The location couldn't have been better, right on the beach with stunning views. The room was clean and spacious, and the warm water showers were a plus. The free coffee in the morning was a nice touch. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing beach getaway.

The location of this surf-house is perfect, just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by nice bars, cafes, and restaurants. the rooms are spacious and offer good storage options for your belongings. Each bed has its own fan, which is great for keeping the mosquitoes away. the kitchen is well-equipped and there is free coffee available all day. the owner and staff are extremely helpful, providing suggestions and organizing transportation.
The windows in the bathroom do not have mosquito nets, so if you open them, mosquitoes can enter the room.
